The department of Molecular Bioanalytics & Bioelectronics is specializing in customized biochip solutions. We offer state-of-the-art microarray production, custom-made detection systems and innovative bioinformatics tools to fit your particular needs.
Based on optical and electrochemical biosensors and transducers we are developing miniaturized analytical systems with highly integrated detection and microfluidic components. These form the basis of our specialized point-of-care systems for medical diagnostics, patient monitoring and environmental control.
Our nanobiotechnology group helps you in designing and immobilizing specific biomolecules as building blocks for ordered structures at the nanometer scale ("nanosystems") and offers a variety of innovative molecular biological services.
